About Where Time Slows

There are places that make us linger a little longer.

A favorite shoreline. A quiet trail. A cottage, garden, or familiar view that somehow makes everything else feel less urgent.

Where Time Slows explores those places through expressive color, light, texture, and contemporary impressionistic oil painting.

Visitors are invited not only to view the collection, but to think about the places in their own lives where time seems to slow down.

As you explore the exhibition, look for information accompanying the artwork and scan the QR code to discover more about the inspiration, location, or memory behind individual paintings.

Where does time slow for you?

Visitors are invited to participate in the Where Time Slows community installation by sharing a favorite place of their own.  Your favorite place just might inspire one of my next paintings.

Write down the place that comes to mind and add it to the display. As ArtPrize continues, the installation will grow into a collection of places and memories contributed by visitors.
