Dreese Fine Art Original Artwork Retail Pricing Policy

Purpose

Dreese Fine Art original paintings are unique, one-of-a-kind works. Maintaining consistent retail pricing helps protect the long-term value and integrity of the artwork and ensures fair pricing for collectors, galleries, interior designers, retailers, and direct customers.

Original Artwork Pricing

Retail partners are expected to offer Dreese Fine Art original artwork at the current retail price established by Dreese Fine Art.

Unless prior written approval is received from Dreese Fine Art, original artwork should not be:

• Discounted or marked down
• Sold above the established retail price
• Included in storewide percentage-off promotions
• Included in coupon or promotional-code offers
• Offered as clearance merchandise
• Bundled with other products in a way that reduces the effective selling price of the original artwork

If a retailer would like to offer a special promotion involving an original painting, please contact Dreese Fine Art in advance.

Giclée Prints & Reproducible Products

This original-artwork pricing policy does not apply in the same manner to giclée prints, reproductions, or other reproducible products.

Retailers have greater flexibility in pricing and promoting these products unless otherwise agreed upon.

Pricing Updates

Dreese Fine Art may periodically update the retail price of an original artwork. Retail partners should use the current retail price supplied by Dreese Fine Art or shown through the applicable Shopify Collective price list.

Retailer Relationships

Dreese Fine Art values positive, long-term relationships with its retail partners and will make reasonable efforts to resolve pricing concerns directly with a retailer.

If original artwork is repeatedly offered outside the established pricing policy without prior approval, Dreese Fine Art reserves the right to remove access to original artwork or discontinue the retailer relationship.

Questions or Promotional Requests

Retailers are encouraged to contact Dreese Fine Art before running a promotion involving original artwork. Special promotions or collaborative events may be approved on an individual basis.
